KaloKhata is a public-interest accountability archive and information repository. It structures and presents people, institutions, incidents, allegations, investigations, cases, court decisions, and related sources.
KaloKhata does not independently declare anyone a criminal, corrupt, or guilty. If an allegation exists against a person or institution, it is shown as an allegation; investigation, charge, trial, conviction, acquittal, and dismissal are presented as separate statuses.
Our goal is to connect scattered news reports, court records, government information, and reliable sources so the background, relationships, timeline, and current status of a person, incident, or case can be understood more easily.
Core standards

- Important claims are linked to sources and relevant records whenever possible.
- Full copyrighted news reports are not reproduced; necessary facts are summarized with attribution to the original source.
- Private or sensitive identifiers are not published without a public-interest basis.
- When incorrect or incomplete information is found, the goal is to preserve correction and update history.
- A response, protest, or explanation from a related person or institution may become part of the record.
- KaloKhata is not a rating system, voting platform, court of public opinion, or criminal list.
Goal
KaloKhata is not meant to blacklist anyone. Its purpose is to make public-interest information easier to find, verify, and understand in context. The roadmap includes stronger search, relationship-based exploration, editorial and verification workflows.
